I have same neck problems for more than 10 years. Chiro, physio, masage only solve temporarily. Most important is your own posture and exercise. Nowadays, i always do light stretching twice a day. PC setup also in a way people call ergonomic.

Have you had MRI or CT scan of the neck?

Check for cervical degeneration or Cervical spondylosis, also herniated or bulging disc.

Be careful, the spine doctor always wants to cut you up and do spinal fusion. You're better off being more conservative and doing lifestyle changes like not working on seated desk. Switch to standing desk. Tell your boss you have to otherwise can't work anymore and he can sponsor your lifetime PERKESO/SOCSO claim.

Employees suffering from employment injuries or occupational diseases may receive free medical treatment at SOCSO’s panel clinic or Government clinic / hospital until they are fully recovered.

For serious injuries, medical care may be obtained from the Government hospital and the employee is eligible for second class ward treatment. Specialist treatment will be provided, if required.

Reimbursement
Employers or employees can claim for reimbursement of expenses incurred in respect of medical treatment at SOCSO’s non-panel clinic. Application can be made to SOCSO and the reimbursement is subject to such condition as determined by the Organisation or according to Fees Act 1951.

PM me, I can intro u 1 sifu at USJ 2, China massage, lot of non-chinese go also 1.
But those only help to ease your pain la usually, but if ur problem are due to musculoskeletal system, eventually u still need chiropractic for recover permanently.
I use to have serious back-neck pain also, eventually need to fix it through chiropractic and daily habit adjustment (posture etc).

I've tried treatments at Synergy Health Centre, including massage therapy and manual techniques, which have been great for relieving muscle tension and promoting relaxation.

Are you ok bro? You dont want chiro?

I would suggest you goto a chiro first, then they will give you a letter to take xray. After that go back consult the chiro and try for few sessions and see if it helps.

If you goto doctors, I would say most likely medicine or even surgeries. You want this?
