for me this is not heartbreaking. i also got desensitized when every raya, cny, deepavali all must die die create tearjerker ads about bad dotter/son dowan go home balik kampung. but this one I'm touched a bit also because that boy really was born blind. a tear or two may have flowed silently from my right eye
