Hello all. planning to move from Windows laptop to Mac mini m2. Any recommendation on accessories to expand the display to two monitors?

Ugreen? Should be ok right? I'm planning to use the 5 in 1 ugreen with hdmi. Hopefully ok? Also 8gb enough or should i upgrade RAM? ssd i think no need upgrade cause can buy external one
