Rumawip itself is good property in the beginning but it is the resident qualities that define the property quality sustainability.

Rumawip supposed cannot be rented out but as usual Malaysia enforcement quality, most is rent out or airbnb.

Now you can rent out RUMAHWIP but only to Malaysians, stated in SPA so it's not too bad.

MS love to build super high density condos, I almost bought M Vertica but decided against it and don't regret it because it looks terrible.

Tbh, how often will you swim there? Most of my friends and wife don't even use their own condo's facilities, I'm the one using theirs when I go over.

D'Nuri is alright but the view you get at night is Nirvana's building haha.
