Depends on the Rumahwip that you bought.

See how high is the density. I saw some of the projects, one of them have 300++ units, there’s another project has 500+ units

Some people didnt think on this. Main redah je beli. Semua fikir sebab location.

My colleague bought a rumahwip at Sentul. Residensi Hektar if I’m not mistaken. Projek delay tak siap siap sampai sekarang. Kesian

About car ownership, gov only check based on income i guess

I thought if you bought Rumahwip u can approach the agent from the project itself?

My friend bought Skyawani project at Setapak before this. He found an agent and proceed to purchase the project.

if you bought 2 properties u can discuss want to have same car park lot i guess
