Depends on the Rumahwip that you bought.
See how high is the density. I saw some of the projects, one of them have 300++ units, there’s another project has 500+ units
Some people didnt think on this. Main redah je beli. Semua fikir sebab location.
My colleague bought a rumahwip at Sentul. Residensi Hektar if I’m not mistaken. Projek delay tak siap siap sampai sekarang. Kesian
About car ownership, gov only check based on income i guess

QUOTE(myteam94 @ Jan 17 2023, 08:45 AM) as a rumawip owner and living there i can say that, some of the houses in my apartment are given by ehem the most F U thing I notice is family / relatives own two parking spot side by side!!! (one house, one parking supposedly) where as other had to go through ballot style.. I thought if you bought Rumahwip u can approach the agent from the project itself? My friend bought Skyawani project at Setapak before this. He found an agent and proceed to purchase the project. if you bought 2 properties u can discuss want to have same car park lot i guess

QUOTE(Napalm_man @ Jan 17 2023, 12:04 PM) MS kind of kedekut eh with their rumawip, like Merdu in setapak, not much facilities though. LOL Before u purchase the property, u can check the list of facilities they provided.
