Anyone here with experience on Income Tax Act 1967?
Currently my situation is I worked for company A (8 years) but the project ended and company proposed me new job role so I signed new contract on 1 December 2022.
Employment agreement started on 1st December 2022 and stated there is probation 3 months from the date signed, if i happen to resign just need 20 working days.
Company agreed and push my last date to 20 January 2023, i agreed and understand from company point of view.
I happen to not compatible with the new job role and decided to resign, send on 6 January 2023.
So now company want to hold my salary therefore send me these as below message(attached photo).
I google about it and quit confuse on what can i really do
