Only driver seat available He is in 70's but still climb house roof. Handyman doing all kind of minor repair jobs. As far as I know, he is not short of money. Lives in double storey terrace house. Maybe just don't like stay home doing nothing. Active church member. Fix minor job like this probably just RM50.

I once called him to remove broken metal pipe inside thread with no extruding part to hold. I did not have tool with reverse thread to removed. He did not have the tool either but showed me how to remove without tool. I was afraid to damage but he told me that experience let you know how hard to knock and unwind the broken part He just asked for RM20 if not mistaken.
