 Wall mount TV cabinet

Those wall mounted floating TV cabinet can be removed or not? I want to install one but scared later when want to move out cannot remove it and bring to new house without damaging the cabinet or wall paint

When I shifted to my new place, I sold off almost everything that has some value. Others, I just give it away during the sale.

Not rich enough to just give away 3k. It's a rented house so no idea if I have to move out due to work commitments or landlord want take back unit.
