Follow back same type engine oil can already. Never seen VIOS have white smoke before.

No. White smoke is worn pistons. NA almost never can get damaged head gaskets unless the engine was overheated badly from faulty cooking systems. Unlike turbo engines where the gaskets are constantly exposed to very high pressures.

Most engines will hardly have smoke even when it's worn. It's just an increase in EO.
