I am using Bitdefender 10 free edition

It detected some virus... And it said disinfection failed , MOVED !!
What moved mean ? deleted ?

Quarantined. Nope, not deleted

MOVED = QUARANTINED
open bitdefender -> antivirus -> quarantine, then u can c da virus file

Wht will happen if the virus is quarantined? Will it come out again?

if you restore it, then it will come back...

once quarantine, the AV software will rename the files, remove extension
the files cannot be execute normally so that you wont be infected again

the AV software will not check for their quarantine folder...

Quarantined generally means the file is exiled from normal usage, hence it cannot be executed.

Oh I see. But will the virus come out itself again?

it is either got leftover
or just because you didn't do the prevention after full removal
or you let your system infected again

those files in the quarantine folder is "safe", and will not come out again unless you let it come out (restore)

If you are saying that the virus will RESTORE itself/Reactivate itself. Answer is NO. Quarantine = Lock Up for Good.
