Roti jantan has been around for years already.
My place they called it roti jantan banjir, but usually just say roti jantan or roti banjir as short form.
And not necessarily have to be 2 roti kosong + 2 eggs.
My place if ur order say roti jantan, they will make 1 roti kosong + 1 egg for u. Unless ur order say roti jantan double then they will do 2 roti kosong + 2 eggs.
I ever order roti jantan triple once, so damn full after finish.
