Manager or Assistant Manager, salary almost same

Currently Im a Supply Chain assistant manager in a F&B company, getting 2 offer and still considering which should I go for.
Health & Beauty company : Demand Planning Manager- RM8k
Got 2 staff direct report to me. There will be no one guide me how to be a manager. Coz my boss also new to the company.
Retail Convenience Chain : Supply Chain Assistant Manager - RM7.7k
No one direct report to me but need to oversee 2 team (purchasing & logistic). I follow my ex-boss to this company coz she know I can help her while she busy with other task.
