Why need NSK to rescue the dead mall? I thought PJ folks all minimum M40, should be Jaya or Village Grocer open there
*
PJ was supposed to be a rich people area but thanks to NEP and R&R, the new Gen of PJ left Malaysia leaving the Boomer generation. Boomer generation already 1 feet in coffin.

So thus the fall of PJ and ultimately Malaysia. Never mind la, Malay very good one right? They can bring back PJ to glory days.

PJ but have NSK, so kesian. Malaysia really going backwards.

In early 2000, ppl thought can see Walmart on msia by year 2020.

Reality? Only local home grown crap NSK. NS is just 99Speedmart extra.
*
Carrefour France, Tesco UK, Giant Hong Kong, Aeon Japan all struggling or dead due to 99 speedmart rise

That is because of ppl want quicker and accesible way of shopping groceries and 99 show them the way.

While Jaya Grocer, Ben,and Village Grocer more upmarket and compact setups made the overseas grocer Tesco, Giant, Carrefour and Aeon look old and outdated.

And you here with your stupidity assumed we going backwards just because Walmart is not coming lol bodo

Customers will find a wide range of groceries, household items, poultry items and fresh produce like vegetables, live seafood such as fish, prawns and crabs with quality, yet reasonable pricing here.

Customers will also be able to patronise this outlet for its deli offerings soon while there will be a section for casual dining that promises popular local fare. This newest NSK Grocer outlet befits the refreshed positioning of 3 Damansara, well known as a suburban family-friendly mall that provides a wholesome experience for the community.

With the neighbouring population of over 500,000, NSK Grocer is well received by the community who are looking forward to a one-stop and convenient destination to satisfy their daily essential needs at 3 Damansara. With the latest grocer opening at the mall, 3 Damansara is set to deliver a fresh experience to serve the Petaling Jaya community.
I also thought NSK do wholesale only. This one even got deli casual dining place. hmm.gif

One of the rare place where Esquire Kitchen has good business. Many older folks are customers.

Went to powerplant happy hour just now.

Only LG floor got crowd. Ground floor, coffee bean, Starbucks, the cafe opposite it and the new sushi shop replacing sushi tei got people.
