not sure what does the bbq pit looks like, but usually condo bbq pit, they provide the charcoal place, u ownself bring the grill.
so i dun see any issue if cook non halal on your own grill.

as long as own grill, i dun see problem with cooking non halal.
however, if shared grill, be considerate & dun cook non halal on it.

for me, i'll still use my own grill regardless, cuz dunno how dirty is the provided grill.
