Have been looking at Agile at Bukit Bintang for investment purposes - Tower A is now called Bintang Suites and apparently is being offered at a 27% discount to tower B and C. Tower A has 185 units starting at RM1241 per sqft while B and C start at 1700. Something doesn't seem quote right to me. Location is great for sure, density an issue with 1500 units total.

Would appreciate any thoughts or info on this.
