Hi all,
I'm in midst of getting a house loan for a unit inside the Kotasas development zone.
Visited the place couple of time, liked the township concept there. Then decided to try applying for one.
The unit im applying is a leasehold.
Just wanted to if guys heard about it. If yes, whats the positive and the negative aspects that need to consider which I'm not aware of.
Maybe rent it out first. Then later on want to settle down/retire there.
Want to know rental potential in this kind of development. Can try search Kotasas to see the various house projects and the township masterplan.

Project that gave me confidence to proceed are the Administrative building and soon will be the new Police HQ, and the nearby IIUM uni & hospital. They're saying potentially there will be hospital and a mall too in the future. But seems like maybe after 10 years++ only feasible la i think.
