A new project is coming in Cyberjaya by Promenaded Development. Any opinion or discussion about this new project/property?

Nice location.

Beside the only national primary and secondary school in cyberjaya.

A bit in the higher ground as well

Seems not official launch yet

But seen the land site clearing and leveling already. Its between Cyberia Crescent the old condo and SMK Cyberjaya

Location is good next to the SK and SMK school. Highlights of this project is the facilities. 50 facilities are impressive for this low density condo (around 300+ units). They will have sky gym, crossfit gym, dance dan yoga studio, pet garden, herbs and spices garden, futsal, badminton, ping pong, event's hall, glamping site, place for you to bakar lemang also got. They will also have smart car plate recognition system and EV charging station

Size of 936sq ft for all the units. Sales start to pick up fast now

Saw some ads in some website

Rm550k indicative pricing before any discoint dude 😅

If it were me better just bought the old cyberia crescent 1 besdie it. 2 storey 1700sqft 4 room townvilla with 2 carpark just going on around rm360-380k subsale price. Renovate and refurbish it to latest conventional ID okay already. Almost like a landed house already smile.gif

Stayed cyber for a very long time already from early 2000s until 2013 when i get married and moved to Klang/Shah Ale

Next year moving back to Cyber edi
