No water flowing in piping before meter

I believe the meter guy is only doing the meter fixing, not pipe fixing. So he ask you to fix doesn't mean that you need to pay for it. Just send a message to Syabas and they will arrange for someone to fix this. They are quite active in social media communications. Few years ago I complained about water leaking at the meter via FB messager and their reply was received within minutes or couple of hours. And then the work was arranged in the next 1-2 days. |

If the property is new or a 'new' connection application, is the developer's or owner cost to connect the pipe. I see, ya I think need to see the agreement in detail. But since it's part of the supply, I reckon Air Selangor will still need to fix it. The question is, how soon are they willing to do it. |
