Dear experts,

So I moving to a new place and currently doing reno. I have already allocated each room with LAN wire connection upfront so now I am wondering how should my connection works.

Assume I am getting Unifi or Time. So how do I share my connection to the LAN ports (total 6 ports) and also I plan to have wifi mesh as well.

So from router, do I connect first to wifi mesh? then Mesh how do I setup the connection to all the LAN ports that I have?

Kinda noob here, appreciate inputs and suggestions which is kinda more to plug and play type rather than need to do a lof of technical settings.

Thank you!

Modem-mesh main-switch-lan cable-mesh satelite,tv and rooms.
Might wanna pull cables to optimise mesh coverage.
Use at least cat6 cables cause eventually you will be using 10GB lan.
Switch can be managed or unmanaged up to you.

I have prepared LAN Cat6 cable upfront during reno so i think just use cable for super stable connection, especially since i am using for work as well...
