recently bought ipad air 2022 256gb wifi 3.3k thinking its a good deal. asked properly stock availability before purchasing, cs chat said yes.
1 day after placing order, seller shipped. gave a tracking number that did not work.

5 days later, tracking still not working. now 6th day later, msg me telling the colour i chose is out of stock, ask me to choose from grey/blue/pink.

turns out its their standard practise according to 1 star review. no stock but say have stock, then let ppl make order, then click ship it out with fake tracking number. then delay the process until they can restock.

what is worst, they use their own shipping courier, ninjavan, and if you are not at home they just drop it in your mailbox or your door regardlless of the value of the item (iphone 14 pro, ipad air, airpods, apple watch)

after im done with them, will forever boycott this rogue distributor.

Was in rush to buy a water filter before I balik kampung in a week time. Seeing that senQ was in KL and I lived in KL so I assumed I could get it fast.

Mana tau after I purchased it they said they could only deliver it after a week. Kalau takda stok don't advertise la bodo! Participated in voucher discount some more.

Guys, if you plan to buy something at Harvey Norman or Senheng/Senq online, it’s best for you to call them first to check on stock availability.

Some of the products they keep selling online, but no stock available and you have to wait

i don't understand why still got people buy ipad but still buy from shopee, go buy direct from apple website or authorized dealer lah, mau save that few hundred and in return get so many trouble for not delivering or empty box

Wow, I'd at least thought they'd change coming from me who'd made a purchase with them pre-covid.. Bought an steam iron and was promised a new set with ironing board + free gift (bowl).

When I picked it up, first time open inspection already got deposits on the iron indicating it was already used and pointed out to their staff. Got it changed immediately on the spot and went home. Opened up the free gift and the ironing board, also discovered that the bowl was chipped at the bottom and the ironing board layer leg latch was broken. Called the outlet up and they said free gifts aren't entitled to exchanges. Went back there in person and they still insisted that they couldn't do anything. Threatened a chargeback on my purchase and suddenly everything is now possible!

Needless to say I returned everything, brought the original receipt to Harvey Norman and they not only matched the price but included decalcifier solution on top of what I got. I've since spent 6 digits at HN and never looked back.. They ain't perfect but they're nowhere as bad yet do miles and miles better than what those skanks at SH/SQ do.

Just sharing lah, there are already better alternatives out there and the service is way way better. Don't subject yourself to this sort of treatment unless you're a maso.

Shenheng website also cannot pakai. I order and they do nothing. Have to follow up like crazy for refund

I only go to their physical store during festive season, sometimes will cheap alot for some stock (compare with online). And some will have cash back in their app. So make sure you got it back.

It's 2023 and still got people spend over 1k on shopee. Either buy from Lazada or go straight to store.

I grow until now never buy any from them.
