honestly speaking lah.... Zus coffee all taste bad becoz of the sugar they used... but i think they actually do earn more... becoz a lot of their outlet just sell coffee and no seats for ppl to lepak whole day.

Starbuck need expensive rental and always full of ppl that actually buy 1 coffee RM16++ and sit there 8 hrs.

Regular Zus coffee drinker here. Price wise, much better than Costa and Starbuck, obviously.

Taste wise, Zus is a bit burn but still taste a bit better than Starbuck. Tried GiGi before and I find it to be quite nice. Costa is stale nowadays. Others don't want to mention because there are not many branches of other brands around.

I drink coffee with no sugar btw.

Starbuck stick to their policies like comfy environment with elegant design thus it make ppl willing to pay premium price.
Zus going the mass opening strategy with kopitiam style environment. Work or not is very subjective depends on market acceptance.

Used to like Zus, only because it was the relatively cheaper option compared to Starbucks and Coffeebean, but their quality of late (at my place at least) has been dropping, bad customer service at outlets, also that whole fiasco with their team responding to customer complaint on soc media just left a sour taste overall.

Tried Zus but end up return to CBTL... Don't like the milk they are using at the moment.

I drink only latte/flat white so the taste of milk is very important

Actually if you think Zus makes good coffee, then you should just switch to McCafe. Zus latte is RM10.95, McCafe large latte is RM10.85. McCafe actually tastes better
