I'm currently in a company bonded but not given any job but getting paid, want to leave but also don't want it to be less than a year. Also can't leave before the bond So planning to just take salary for a year but won't gain much experience.

This experience will boost my cv but I don't have the knowledge. Will you leave the company or will you just sit for a year for cv purpose. Will my next company find out that I'm not doing any work in my previous company if I didn't tell them. Because I'm keen to work but not given the opportunity.

If you were in the same situation what would you do.

take free salary, sign up online courses and learn something new, also side hustle for freelance jobs, put all those into cv, after bond period over, go search for something else better while getting free salary.

i'm here to tell u otherwise. u have all the power in the world to seek your own experience and knowledge. not given work? then what's stopping you from volunteering to help others in another area

so do u want to be a passanger in life or u want to be the driver yourself? your choice
