The owner (Chua) is a rude and inpatient person to his customer. He will blame and being rude to you, if you try to get more information and ask little detail for the product you are looking for. The way how he talk to person is very not politely, he is trying to look you down & disrespectful. He should not expect anyone is camera genius to know every cameras. I rather pay slightly more to other sellers to get the better service and engagement instead this old folk.

My experience with Mr Chua is pretty okay. I ordered some of my lenses and his wife delivered them to my office on the day of the purchase (during off-peak period of course).

Lol. OK been there. But sometime I also find the customer very annoying if I'm Chua. If u planning to buy thousand dollar equipment u need to have some basic understanding of how camera and lens work, there's no way to explain so much in short span of time. Do some research before hand. Example one guy I overheard almost sent me laughing my butt off.

Customer: Hey boss how come my photo don't have bokeh like this insta ah? *holding a Apsc canon*

Boss: oh cause ur sensor size small and don't have enough big enough aperture bla Bla Bla.

This goes on for half and hour, with long lines of queue. Yes literal queue behind while dealing this nonsense. Simple YouTube how to get bokeh will tell u so much than asking shop owner at busy hour lol.

If you are a no-nonsense customer, Chua is okay one. If you are the facepalm type... habis.
