I bundled my S23U purchase together with Galaxy Watch Pro 5 but during my order submission, only grey color available.
I know i can't cancel my order but if i wanna change color,is it possible? I think Samsung already updated their online stock

But you already made payment & receive the RM600 rebate right?
It just most likely you won't get the additional RM400 if the tablet not accepted.
I think for further clarification, you may contact Samsung directly (1 800 88 9999).
I just contacted them & their CS rep still available.

Anyone know how to retrieve payment receipt?
I need it to claim from my company (company benefit).

Dont think we have basis to complain. Its their right to impose such policy though & the reason mainly due to logistic issue.

What do you mean their condition? Dont get it.
From what i know, Samsung outsource the collection for trade in device to 3rd party (Instacash) & the company doesn't have coverage in all areas, especially in Sabah & Sarawak.

I just realized i eligible to PO using epp but i already made my order earlier. Can i use the RM200 voucher using same samsung acc for my 2nd purchase? Because everytime i put the voucher it says invalid/fully redeemed.

Warranty should be no issue since you own the phone fully and have right to sell/give it to anyone later.

Just to confirm before i make my purchase.
I have ordered S23U few days back, already used RM200 voucher (from SOYA) & i plan to make 2nd purchase using the same acc but this time under EPP.
I tried to apply RM200 voucher (diff code) multiple times but always receive invalid/fully redeemed message. It seems the voucher only applicable to use once per order for same unit under same acc.
Is it true? Or did i miss anything. The price of phone under EPP including trade in RM300 exclude RM200 voucher around RM4,659.

Yea possibly. Currently using Note 10+ and still happy with it.
Long gone the day samsung phone will lagging over time. Im sure S23U will still performing perfectly after many more years of usage.
Hardware capability these days just way too overkill.
Previously i always upgraded phones every 2 years but since Note 10, i dont feel the need of upgrading it too often.
3-4 years would be perfect time span.

Ahh i see. Since i can't use the 5% voucher either, i think RM4,659 is the best price that i could get.

I just checked my shopback app and my cashback appeal for S23U has been rejected doh.gif
If i want to make further appeal, i had to email them. Not sure what the issue. Is it worth all the hassle to appeal or it just waste of time?

I still dont receive my phone despite ordered since 14 feb.
Damn samsung ger your priority straight.
They really spoil the PO by giving almost same value promo after PO.
Somemore ready stock. Feels like i wanna scold their CS till i get the phone. You got your stock ready but refuse to deliver to us to get more sales.

Called Samsung CS 2 days in a row already but my phone status still under processing.
Ordered since 14th Feb and i think it just ridiculous they make those PO earlier getting the phone much late than anyone else.
Whats the stupid point to PO then. I remember last time one of the benefit of PO you can use the phone earliest.
Gonna shoot Samsung CS again. Whoever come up with this PO idea should just getting fired.

My order status still processing. Ordered since 14hb. Already follow up daily since 3 days ago.
Really cannot sabar already. Its been more than a week S23U available in store yet many of us still not receive the phone ranting.gif

Mine order is S23U made in 14hb Feb and still stuck under processing.
The issue mostly not because of model but the color. I ordered green though. Although the color seems pretty common but surprising the waiting list much longer than some exclusive color.
