I did chat with the fella a bit and I think it is advantage on their side anyway. Case 1: S8+ cant turn on and cracked screen. Straight offer RM5. I dont think my cousin mind since he just wanted to RM600 rebate. Case 2: Older version of Oppo A77. During order, valued at RM55. It can turn on but they did not install instacash. Just perform simple test and check condition. It has a small crack on the bezel and straight deduct RM40. Offer RM15. I did let him checked my S9+ (with a pretty noticeable scratch about 25mm long) and he straight said this would deduct a significant amount. The phone only valued by Samsung around RM145 but I havent placed my order just yet. thanks, cos i traded in an old tablet still on android 4, no more google support anymore, tried sideload apk also cannot
