Need advice Storage 256gb vs 512gb

Currently am using Samsung Note 9 128gb + microsd 256gb. Storage usage as of today -Internal 76gb & external 56gb =TOTAL 132gb.
After nearly 5yrs am thinking to replace my daily driver to S23Ultra.

Really need some advice whether to go for 256gb or 512gb version? Maybe picture/video will consume more storage since it support up to 8k and 200MP?
Budget is not a problem but i dont want to pay an extra for something tht am not use.
#plan to use S23ultra up to 5yrs.

Any significant different with 8gb of RAM?

Since the 'unpacking' scheduled on 2/2 @2-3am, when can we expect the online pre-order start ya? After 3am on the same day?
Samsung Malaysia and telco same time ?

I foresee this S23 Ultra price will increase rm200 but with free memory upgrade.

Previous S22 Ultra 256gb = rm5499 & 512gb = rm5899

S23 Ultra 256gb (free upgrade to 512gb) = rm5699

Nampak legit.. buy 256gb then dapat free upgrade to 512gb.

Those need 1TB can buy 512gb.

Is that ROI voucher rm200 from Samsung Website can be use for all pre order platform? SenQ,telco, etc

Wah.. celcom dont get free memory upgrade. Haiya. Not worth it to go for telco like this.

Agreed. At first i target to wait until celcom launch their pre order because my current plant is Mega 98 so I can get the phone cheaper.
After comparing all aspect... upfront payment, no storage upgrade, voucher etc from celcom,
I think the best is buy from samsung online.

My telephone line can claimed with Company. (As per bill)

If I take Celcom98 for S23U 512gb 2yrs contract
My cost will be..
1. Device RM4,399
2. Upfront payment RM350 deduct on bill within 10months. Since I claim with company as per bill quite troublesome to reimburse back rm35 each month. Should consider this cost under me la.
3. Buy separate Care+ 2yrs RM659 (pre order from SME got 30% discount RM461.30)
4. Accessories need to buy separately assume Rm300 for case+screen protector+etc (pre order from SME got RM400 evoucher).

MY conclusion, if by from Celcom (with 2yrs contract) I can save around Rm200+ compare buying from SME.
End up i pre order with SME. at least no contract
Not sure if my decision is good or not.

But Axiata dont get rm400 accessories and SC+ cost RM659 where
SME offers RM400 voucher and SC+ at RM461

I try to pre order screen protector at Samsung@IOI City Mall since i will collect my phone at that store on 24/2.
The sales person told me not to worry because by 24/2 should be a lot of screen protector coming in. Can buy directly nanti.

I specifically mention to him original samsung screen protector.

Congratz! The best colour for S23 Ultra so far (botanic green). That is why Samsung choose this colour for their marketing.
