Anyone having a problem during trade in page, they ask for IMEI or serial number? I'm getting "Please enter a valid IMEI or Serial number"
I'm trying an ipad 2 wifi only, so I got this error when putting in the serial number. |

Is there a place to get receipt/invoice for our samsung purchase for tax purpose? The samsung site doesn't have this under Orders.
