Collected from Senheng. Despite some naysayers here, think they have quite a good deal.

Paid 5699 less 250 (Senheng own discount) less 400 (senheng s-coins, collected from earlier year purchases) less 600 trade-in discount) less 83 (traded in note 9, in quite bad shape lol).

Came with free gifts (a Samsung casing and a duo charging pad, claimed to be worth over rm400 *shrugs*) and an additional 1 year senheng warranty (came with some tnc,so not as straightforward as Samsung’s) oh, and the purchase qualifies for additional 2% s-coins for future purchases.

Was also told there is some further discount if pay using cc from certain banks but didn’t take this up. So all in all paid 43xx excluding the free gifts and additional 1yr warranty smile.gif

No one test phone camera shutter lag? How steady the hand gotta be?

Out of the box at default settings, shutter lag still apparent - not much improved over previous Samsungs. Haven’t downloaded the Camera Assistant app to try out the supposed quicker settings yet.

i also collected but so sad I got thru telemarketer... didnt get d S-coin n d trade in thingy.... did u test d wireless charger
mine not working 😭 blinking orange....

Oh..next time you should preorder direct from senheng shop. I have a guy there which frequently takes my orders so it’s helpful. 1 thing don’t like about senheng is every time the tnc is like very messy and unclear and needs several rounds of asking to confirm doh.gif

Regarding your wireless charger try making sure your adapter is powered enough (too low spec won’t be enough to power the duo). I’m using an 65w adapter though I think 25w and above should work. Also make sure your cable also in good condition.

You in Klang Valley? I was told by non-KV SenQ they don't have this RM600 trade in.
*
No, Penang. That's one problem with senheng, sometimes left hand dunno what right hand is doing.

sifu, you online order or in store order with agent? can give more detail?
*
I preordered from senheng shop. Earlier was told only online qualify for the rm250 rebate but upon checking found that physical order also can get. Though right now I'm not sure they still have stock for perordering.

Regarding the free Wireless Charger Duo, does the charger comes with the adapter and cable?
*
No adapter and cable

I bought separately but there's 2 version, 1 with adapter and cable and 1 without.

Note that you can get the newer version of the wireless charger, "superfast" name in it, comes with built-in cooling fan. The one without wireless fast charging is the old version.
*
The one given by senheng is "superfast wireless charger duo"

few senq ppl , from different branches , confiremd with me, that the tradeadditional trade in rebate of RM600 does not work like samsung online, even samsung ses confirmed that it is only with samsung online

What senq offered was RM200 extra s-coin if you trade in anything of value, because that is under their trade-in program, for any purchase over rm4000, you get rm200 s coin extra rebate

However, s-coin usage xbley kira la boss, sbb eventually it is MONEY that can be used for other purposes too, and im sure you have accounted the scoin value masa you made your previous purchase

but then, xpakai pun x guna also, haha!
*
All I know is mine did deduct the rm600.. But I cannot confirm this is standard peocedure for ALL senheng branch la... Like I say they often have conflicting info. So what I always do is to press until get the clearest answer and if it sounds reasonable then go ahead and order la. For this rm600 I press on because their website actually advertise it, and the sales guy confirmed twice with me. Of course still abit worry it won't be honoured until I finally went to settle it today. That's why only post after deal done... Lol

As for the s-coin it depends on how you look at it. Mine was from last year purchase of s22u so u can say that I got additional rm500 from that purchase last year, just that u can only utilise it if you actually buy something later on smile.gif

any recommedations for sms app that has delete function in the notification shade? lazy to go into the app itself to delete those marketing/otp smses.

currently using YAATA but seems lack of updates and also prefer something from safer sources. does google or samsung messages have this "delete" function?

Any app that uses Android Web view in Secure Folders will crash. This includes many banking apps, and even Google's own Gmail and Chrome. Really samsung for missing out this huge bug even after so many beta releases.

Edit: uninstall Web view updates as a temporary fix
