i got live chat with Samsung about trade in ,they said after i go to collect my S23 plus, then the trade in team will contact me. this is the info i got.

i feel that delivery to house is faster than collect at Samsung store.

for those who go to SES collect , may call them to check whether phone can be collected or not.

my case is phone yesterday arrived ,but they didn't call me for collect.i call them ask, they just answer me phone can be collected.

if u r not in rush collecting phone,might as well wait for them to call u

after 2 days of using S23 plus. battery life is better than my S20FE 5g a lot. 8gen2 is powerful and energy efficiency.

erm, your case i don't know what goes wrong.

i just transfer all app setting from old to this new phone. i use it in normal way. but the outcome is really impressed me.

i still apply motion smoothness at120hz ,which mean i can get even better battery life if i want to.

another thing i am aware of , is the screen brightness , i need to set lower brightness level than my S20FE 5G. mean S23 is more bright.

just sharing.
