We need to try every single storage variants of the same model. Eg. the Galoxxx S5 has 3 variants. Try all three variants one-by-one until the IMEI is "valid" or accepted by the system.

Just received my S23 Ultra from DHL. Wanted to shared the timeline with you guys and hope those PO's will received theirs soon.

Overall, DHL service and information update is quite up to standard. I think the main issue is from the Samsung Site when they have to cater part of their operation to satisfy individual PO in a global scale yet still have to allocate a majority of production for launching shipment demand globally. What they could have done better is to ship all PO in bulk and then have them process locally at each main branch per countries, instead of processing right at the manufacturing point.

500mbps unifi only gave me 300 max using s23u.

Note 9 can do full 500.
