hi, for those who clicked on the extended 3 months warranty in the samsung members app, does this 3 months shown in warranty period immediately? i believe i did it then but my warranty period is still 1 year (end Feb 2023 to end Feb 2024). till now still tarak +3 months

in the samsung website. i believe its under my product. my phone it auto registered. the samsung buds2 pro that i bought using the additional voucher is not registered, though

i had just asked about the 3 months extension warranty using the live chat services in the samsung official webpage. the customer service said it will take up to 14 days to reflect it in my warranty information page. guess i ll have to check again and see

i am unable to see my warranty info from the samsung members app. but it is there under 'my product' in the official webpage

I was just contacted by Instacash via email and SMS on "Schedule your Samsung Trade-in Device Pick-Up" (finally. lol. after using the phone since late Feb). But when i clicked on the webpage via the email, it wont let me put in any date (seems blank) and choosing any slots (either 9am - 1pm or 1pm to 5pm) pun cant 'proceed'. Anyone tried it?
