For EPP, can you put other people's name? or strictly employee's name? and in case of warranty claim, how does it work?

QUOTE(andrekua2 @ Feb 7 2023, 10:12 PM) Samsung never care pun siapa owner when send in for warranty. What you need to worry instead if the account seller will report phone hilang, lock your phone via imei by reporting lost phone. because EPP is for employees, and im using my friend's EPP to get the phone. |

QUOTE(andrekua2 @ Feb 7 2023, 10:16 PM) So? LoL... Samsung wanna investigate every buyer? So many buying for wife, gf, parents, siblings, uncle, auntie etc. If you using your friend's account then what is there to worry? like i said, if only can put friend's name, will there be any hassle in case of warranty claim? if order under my name, will her EPP be terminated due to breach of TnC? I am just asking since its my first time using EPP. chill |

Confirmed support SFC 2.0, as I'm using it for my Tab S8 Ultra. This should be able to do SFC2.0 as well i believe? This post has been edited by - JaY -: Feb 27 2023, 04:26 PM |

QUOTE(AlOnE89 @ Jun 3 2025, 12:03 AM) I've never even soaked my phone or even splashed with water, but my S9 plus, Note 8, Note 20 Ultra, and S23 plus all suffered from this light saber issue lol.. My phone is well protected in pristine condition (zero scratches), it's all about luck? dont be bothered by his comments, he is in his own world. Anyway, just to update that Samsung (de Garden) somehow acknowledged and agree to fix my S23 Plus screen for free, but need approximately 1 week though to wait for parts, only need to pay 80+ for labor fees AlOnE89 liked this post
