Can I trade in a junk phone to get the RM600 rebate? It is within their acceptable devices.

I tried added red colour as checkout options, but when type address it doesn't have the radio button to pick.

I purposely add normal green to check, it was available to pickup in store.

First of all, u need to test whether the IMEI is valid.
I tried all the phones on hand, only iphone IMEI went through, the other 3 android phones prompted "device not match".
Samsung IMEI database is a joke.

Try different browsers/PCs...no issue for Red Ultra store pickup... maybe non-Ultra has limited pickup locations...(?)

Edit: not due to postcode, possible items added to cart affected. If I didn't add any items for spend RM400 will able to have store pickup option.

The IMEI went through. I got the IMEI from the box. Not sure how they gonna verify the IMEI since the phone can't be turned on anymore.

Some units, the IMEI(s) is printed at the back casing of the phone.... very-very tiny fonts... hard to see...

Ok found the rootcause why store pickup is not available. If pickup 65w charger won't be able to checkout. What a good debugging.

Definitely no such fonts. It is a Oneplus device.

Since the RM600 is given first, if one were to back out on the trade-in, how is Samsung gonna charge/claim back the RM600?

U use no SPen... no need...The Ultra is Note-series... not for non-Note users....

interesting, the trade-in value seems to be decreasing more and more now. my s21 went from 935 to 840 now, so i am thinking it isnt worth to trade in a working phone anymore now.

Never trade-in still working phone... the trade-in value is too low... that's why SME "add" RM600 on top of the current trade-in value.. For ur case, if u decided to trade-in, the total savings is RM600 (guaranteed) + RM840 (S21)

Yup and I think the 840 would further decrease later on I fear which really make it not worth.
As much as I want a SD processor over the Exynos =(
