I'm thinking of making the move from Note20U to S23U but I need some advice:
a. 25W charger head is good enough? Google says 45W just charges a couple of minutes faster
b. Besides the updated camera and newer chip etc, anything else significant?

only the 100W GAN charger able to get Super Fast Charge 2.0. Other just up to Super Fast Charge. Maybe you should try the 100W Gan charger. Samsung may have change the hp charging algorithm in the firmware.

Just wondering anyone installed camera lens protector?

Did you wipe your phone with alcohol based wipe? That could be one reason why the adhesive could be failing.

Wipe until those plastic that stick on the left and right side of the phone started to peel off already

Those sticker at bottom left and right sticker peel off already, hardly stick it back
Ya I am using this as well, but I daily take out the phone from the case, after wipe front, back and side of the phone, then wipe the case
And wait for awhile then put the phone back with the case

Shit! My 2yrs old S23 Ultra got the pink light saber today after I updated to One Ui 7.0 last few days.

I took care of my phone very carefully. Ringke casing since day one.

Been loyal to Samsung since Note 5. Changed phone almost every year until 2023. All High end S/Note series. At the end, what do i get from this? I have to pay >RM1000 for replacing the screen, which was damaged by itself due to software update.

Screw it! No more support from me to Samsung. Goodbye, it's been a long ride. And good luck to you all.

Wait what??? for 23U the screen replacement is only 855???? Really????

Update on my Samsung S23 Ultra issue (dead pixels):

Today I went to the Samsung Service Center at Lowyat Plaza for the dead pixel problem near the camera bump. The staff told me the whole screen needs to be replaced and it would cost around RM1300 including all fees. They also mentioned dead pixels usually spread across the screen over time, and in my case it might have been caused by “pressure on that area”  though honestly, I never dropped this phone. I’ve only been using it as a backup device, mostly at home or in the car, so it’s been handled with care.

My device is 1 year 2 months old ,already out of warranty. I requested if they could replace the screen the same way they are doing for the green line cases, but they refused. Apparently, Samsung only covers the green line issue under their special replacement program, but not dead pixels.

Honestly, I feel like Samsung’s quality has gone downhill these days. For a flagship device like the S23 Ultra, you really don’t expect dead pixels to appear this soon, especially with such light usage. Quite disappointing to see this kind of issue .

Just sharing my experience here in case anyone else runs into the same situation.
