does anyone know what's the default factory storage used for the S23 128gb version? Planning to get 1 for around 2.2k, but i googled, fresh out of the box, 60gb is already used by the system, so that means just around 50gb usable storage space which is very little. But that's for other country, not Malaysia.

Basically no reason to choose soc anymore. The only thing that matters to Samsung is fast charging 80w and above. Once they implement that, power savings doesn't matters anymore.

One thing for sure, soc is flatlining now. Why? Games are mostly locked to 60fps. They are not going to unlock that. Only china games unlock this high 90/120 but not applicable for phones with global rom.

Hence like I said, mobile chip sale is going down big time. It's mostly software updates that is pushing users to upgrade. My S9+ time is almost up. RHB already stopped supporting Android 8 for mobile banking. Android 9 is coming and that's where my S9+ is stuck.

I'm using S23 and have no issues getting 7-8 hours sot within a day. I just wish samseng implemented a proper 45w charging for all models.

Golden Reviewer says 8 gen 3 only 13% faster than 8 gen 2 but consumes 28% more battery. His reviews are mostly correct since Snapdragon 888 & 8 gen1.

Why not turn on power saving mode? Would stop those background app from updating which isnt necessary during a trip. Save a bit more power for other things like photography.
