My S22U last year delivered to home. No issues. Using DHL if I remember correctly.
Had experience collecting from SES too also went smoothly.
Only thing with delivery is whether SME will mess it up or not, remember during last year preorder many ppl got the phone quite late eg few weeks to a month? Luckily got mine without any delays

there is 4 banks, pb, hong leong, hsbc and maybank for installment if i correct, i choose to collect from store, at least i can check the phone on site..

The problem is there is no option to cancel once you have committed to it. Believe me, I tried just a month ago with the S22.

The collection schedule of the old device is near instant, I did chat with the agent over Whatsapp to cancel the collection. They will inform Samsung to deduct the RM 600 rebate and you will have to pay the additional 600 if you choose to proceed with the cancellation.

Agree, this is the real catch with ordering from Samsung online. They can be quite lousy with their delivery updates, but sometimes you'll get good luck too like ended up getting your phone earlier. I had two separate experience - 1) Pre-ordered Z Flip 3, received few days late from the estimated delivery date. 2) Bought the earbuds got them one day early. So if you can't wait that patiently, probably best to go for pickup.

ROI voucher usually doesn't work with EPP or Edu purchases.

there are 2 packages for selection ..rm369 & rm659

for rm369, does it mean default samsung 1 year warranty + additional 1 year samsung care+ warranty

and

for rm659, does it mean default samsung 1 year warranty + additional 2 years samsung care+ warranty?

Means after you check out and pay the full amount, then decided to cancel the trade in, they will request u to pay additional rm600 before they deliver the phone?

No, the samsung care+ is cover the standard warranty that doesn't cover

such as screen broken, water damage, etc ...

For example, if get 2 years, then will cover 1 year additional, which means cover until 2024 if you buy in this year
