If we use non-UV screen protector or tempered glass, avoid Spigen. All their cases will lift the tempered glass.

U can start with brands like Nillkin, Araree or Ringke.

There are two types.
Type 1 : Hard and thick tempered Glass with LOCA liquid.
Type 2 : Normal TPU film with thin LOCA.

Both requires UV light curing. Type 1 is more expensive than Type 2.
