Mine required to sign in then navigate to the Samsung reward at my profile section in the top menu to manually activate, then only got Samsung points.

I think someone mentioned some telco got offer 2x storage upgrade few days back. now not sure.

I think this Samsung Rewards is different than the Samsung Pay reward points that meow mentioned.

They are inter-linked... if we activate SPay, it will link to SRewards... if we activate SRewards, it will link to SPay....

I do have Samsung Pay on my phone though I very seldom use it. And the Reward is 0.

But I use a different credit card to pre-order than the one I have registered with Samsung Pay.

Went to my Samsung account on desktop. Under Profile, there is nothing about Rewards Activation.

Credit card is not important...

Very weird ur points is zero after several trax. This means the SPay is still not activated properly... please call helpline to double check...

Also, u only have one email for both Samsung account and SPay/SRewards, correct?

Yes, I only use 1 email for all Samsung matters

Lodging into my samsung account, I can see my pre-order. Or may be they only give you the Samsung point AFTER Samsung has shipped out your orders?

Samsung Points will be granted after we have received the items... usually within 14 days after received the item either self-collect or courier delivery...

So, the answer to ur Q is "No. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please join "The Elon Club" for more privileges"... LOL ....

Ur current phone is SME set or imported set?

Imported/AP set cannot receive Points but can use SPay as usual.... the points will be credited AFTER received the phone but the Order Acknowledgment will state the points "to be received" later...
