Guys, I have one question here.
See, my friend bought a secondhand iphone6 a year before. Now he wants to sell it to buy another iphone (iphone 8 if im not mistaken).

Long story short, upon COD my friend reset everything in the iphone. Then when the buyer wanted to use it the iphone requires apple ID of the original user.

Well ofcourse my friend couldn't remember anything, its been a year. Now the buyer cancelled the purchase and the phone is locked cant be used.

So what is the solution? Or maybe after this how to avoid such problem? Because Im planning on buying a secondhand unit of iphone as well.
