I bought an Alpha instant water heater in July 2022
the product failed on new years day - after 5 months of usage
looked for warranty card and receipt
Alpha you either call their CS hotline or whatsapp their number
called but the line is not available - terminated or non available
whats app their line on 3rd Jan morning
no reply at all
received reply to input my name, address etc evening
after sending in the details they replied asking for photo, warranty card etc
send in 04.01 morning
no acknowldegement, no reply
keep asking for reply, can see on line status but no reply
3.30pm, received reply saying will arrange technician on 11.01 (1 week later)
technician will call on 11.01 morning to make appointment with me

1 ) Alpha CS service is so lousy. so slow and you will not know anyone working there or not because no acknowldgement
2 ) need to wait 1 week for technician to call you to make appointment - dont know what time they will come, means need to wait whole day at home for the phone call? if take leave they dont call or cannot make it on the day means waste my time?


next time when buy appliances, please take note to buy from reputable brands which offers good Customer service, I have been a loyal Alpha customer for long time, but this experience teach me to avoid them at all cost from now onwards.

Try complaining to the electrical store u purchase the Alpha Water Heater from? They should have a direct line to the Alpha distribution sales team to expedite your complaints.
