Need your help again

My wife works at Subang Hi-Tech and I am currently employed at TPM in Bukit Jalil. I'm now looking for a place to rent where my wife and I can live.

I have very little experience with real estate and little familiarity with the areas in and around the Klang Valley. You people need to advise me on the ideal rental location based on the following circumstances or needs:

1. Near to Subang Hi Tech (PJ/KJ/Ara Damansara area)
2. Not Furnished/Partly Furnished
3. Apartment with 2 or 3 rooms
4. Good security
5. Budget max RM 1.3k per month
6. Near to any Klinik Kesihatan
7. Near to kedai makan

Hope you guys can share some good locations.
