One of the reason PBB offer RM2100 for SPM and RM2800 for Degree is because they want to compensate for their bad working condition people or top managers playing political issues and tension culture tension. If you join less tension organization like Ambank(except Mortgage Department), for sure the pay is low. that's call give and take.

so if u felt that u are the people who can tolerance with stress, good in playing political issues and work like cow, just go ahead to PBB. However, if u want to go back home on time and ensure ur heart beat and blood pressure is normal all the time, then u go for Ambank, Affinbank and CIMB also good.[/size]
