Anybody working in Province Wellesley around here? How is the salary compared to similar jobs in other major towns around the country? I heard it's lower than places like Kulim and Ipoh and definitely lower than the island side. However cost of living in Province Wellesley, especially in the northern section is pretty cheap. If you're a degree holder with 3 years experience would you accept a job for RM 3000 around here?

Yup 3k is normal for penang lang. My cousin's husband also salary 3k work as engineer. Everyday kena "wash" kaw kaw by boss.
