Thank you for your insight. You provide good suggestion and i think thats fair to both of us.
The reason why i am willing to negotiate is i want to avoid conflict with him which result to my property being destroyed by them. At the moment he still have the access to the unit as the loan belum disburse lagi.
So far my conversation with him still in civilized manner. He promised to get back to me within this week. In the same time, i told him i would not going to hold any legal and financing process as i also has a deadline to meet.
I will check with my lawyer tomorrow and see what are the possible cost if i were not to proceed with this.
