Want to ask, after expiry how? Are you going to auto renew, assuming i also willing to renew and pay? Or, you need to get consensus from everyone first to renew?

sorry - not very familiar with this kinda setup

I think each user can setup their own folder and password.

on my previous set up, i removed all members after expiry before i renew my subscription.
no concensus is needed as agreed validity is only or 12+3 mths.

the cycle repeats once validity period ends.

So, all members will not have access after expiry, unless he/ she continue to subscribe under same setup?
