If first time apply, apply entry level with no annual fee

Later when you moved up then only apply high tier CC

looking for cards with 0% epp for big electrical purchase + 0 annual fees. looks like a few banks did offer this but which bank do you reconmend?

no annual fee is a lie

using my shittybank CC only the first few years no annual fee, then they slowly creep in the annual fee. have to call for waiver.
also the first few times allowed for waiver then one year i made the mistake of paying for it. they didn't waive since then

recently canceled that shittybank card, retention department called and say can give waiver for annual fee plus 25 for the sub card. too late.

which bank? so i can crossoff my list.
