Having the same issue. Was anyone successful in getting a public IP back? I am on the 600mbps plan

Thank you! It worked. Basically told them to give me a Public IP and turn off CG-NAT (carrier grade NAT). They did it extremely fast on a Sunday. Awesome customer service!
