Hi I have a 15 yrs old kid, suspect having depression and probably mental issue, would like to seek professional help, in KL area. I browse and saw some counselling center (not doctor) and others r doctor psychologist. I need some advise on the right path to go to, any advise r highly appreciated. Thank you

You can choose either physical visits or online services. There are evidence showing that the efficacy for both are similar. I recently tried seeing a psychiatrist online after recommendations because I didn't want to take time off work and wait at the clinic for hours, it creates a bad impression for my boss and colleagues going to see a psychiatrist. I had a good experience with Telehope Health recently. I saw a doctor after work at home. How convenient is that. The doctor was gentle, caring and thorough. They also have psychologist.
