Hi everyone, may I know if there is any drop off or pick up point at the Sultan Abu Bakar CIQ if one is using the cross-border bus to cross the second causeway? Thank you

Tuas? All passengers will need to alight and queue after passport chop. You won't miss the busses la since there's only 1-way for you to walk heading to...just different queues for different bus providers and can be chaotic

If you meant pick up by car after travelling cross border by bus, not as far as I know

If there is ever one then it would have been so obscure among the bus stop that I never know it existed

If wanting to call Grab or friends to pick up after CIQ, actually can. There's no official info

Before COVID I've done this multiple times for so many years to either drop off or pick up friends...need to drive towards bus lane, request the officer there to raise up gantry and U-turn to the other side...can't explain using sentences...need someone to point the way...

Hmm, okay thanks. Myself is not familiar with JB what else CIQ, same goes with my passenger. Bus option to the connecting bus stand is a safer bet i guess. Thank you
