Oh. Could share what was the issue? Putra Heights looks ok. Thought the developer was solid

Rushed VP, common area not complete yet. VP letter issued before the last payment request, hence buyers need to wait for another 1 month for clearance letter. We suspect the building is not ready for handover yet.

Most units have bad workmanship, many defects. One unit have no electricity to half of the unit. Some unit yard space couldn't even fit washing machine, ID company have to hack the skirting to fit it.

Then the rectification, definitely more than 60ndays as of writing... Person in charge slow to respond. In fact many units rectification still not completed as of writing. Worse still the PIC actually quit her job, so we have No1 to update us or coordinate.

Did I mention they didn't pay the contractor hence the AC is not commissioned. It's blowing hot air only. When some owners found out, they paid the contractor immediately. Now many lifts not working, even the foreigner guard can tell us, dia orang tak Ada bayar sebabtu tak jalan

Recent downpour flooded the whole common area. Really poor workmanship.

We paid premium price, and even maintained fees. Yet we receive such 3rd class product.

Hmm like what material they will be using, what kind of floor tile

Developer won't put brand and exact model of fittings. They cut corner in this aspect. When material cost goes up, lower grade tiles and toiletries will be used. Same goes to electrical appliances and the most expensive item(lift). They won't care about reliability, or cheap maintenance cost. They just want the lowest upfront cost.

So most lift will without fail breakdown very frequently after DLP or near DLP
